Being Hmong, farming is part of your identity. Planting, growing and harvesting is second nature to us. Our family grows seasonal produce and flowers on a small 8 acre lot of land without the use of chemicals, pesticides or sprays. We have been farming on that land for almost 10 years but we have been gardening and farming our whole lives. We practice sustainable agriculture where we focus on our soil, crop rotations and the water that Mother Earth provides. This is because Hmong people come from a more traditional way of farming in their homeland where the land has not been industrialized with modern technology and there are no machines, chemicals or genetically-modified foods. We are also a family of creative artists and craftsmen so vision, passion, presentation and customer service is important to us.
