Intimates Fall 2017 Catalog
Sales, year-over-year, have consistently been over-performing to comp. Each intimates mailer for the last few years I have been on has contributed to growth in this division. The partnership and trust created from effective listening and communication made every intimates event better than the last.
Intimates has been a beast of its own because of how technical AND beautiful it needs to be. Fit is extremely important along with model selection, hair, make-up and the design of the event. On top of that, the merchant partners for intimates are very particular, visual and very hands on with creative.
My approach to this? Always actively listen first and then deliver solutions that offer newness and innovation to exceed their objectives and expectations. I was able to pitch creative that pushed the intimates division to a new design format, voice and photo style that elevated their overall presence. With these small but significant improvements, their division has consistently outperformed 3-5% to comp year-over-year for the past two years in a tough retail environment. Each intimates mailer for the past few years I have been on has contributed to growth in this division.
